Kirkpatrick Evaluation Webinar

Getting to Kirkpatrick® Levels 3 and 4 – Creating Believable Value

Webinar: 30th August at 3pm

We’re delighted to again be welcoming Evaluation experts Jim & Wendy Kirkpatrick to lead a free webinar specifically for L&D professionals working in the voluntary sector – with a special guest appearance this year from the ‘father’ of evaluation himself, Donald Kirkpatrick!

Following on from last year’s brilliant webinar – attended by more than 250 L&D professionals from charitable organisations around the world – this year Jim and Wendy Kirkpatrick will be looking at Evaluation Levels Three and Four. NB. The webinar is suitable for all – whether you attended or not last year.

As in 2011, it is entirely free to charities, housing associations and not-for-profits working in the voluntary sector – not just members of the Consortium. Last year our members were thrilled to participate and really reaped the benefit.

We’re incredibly grateful to the Kirkpatricks for donating their time and expertise once again, to help further the success of valuable L&D in the charitable sector.” Martin Baker, CEO, The Charity Learning Consortium

You can register online for this Kirkpatrick Evaluation webinar here NOW! Please note that this webinar is VOIP only – so you’ll need access to a computer with speakers – and we strongly advise that all participants test they can access the webinar well in advance of the date, to avoid any disappointment.

Training is still ‘on trial’, charged with incurring expenses in excess of the value it provides to an organisation. Training must therefore reinvent itself and transcend ‘the classroom’. Attend this information-packed session to learn how to structure initiatives so they enhance on-the-job performance and impact the bottom line. Learn directly from the creators of the Kirkpatrick Model the newest way to implement the four levels. This program will focus on tactics at Levels 3 and 4 and provide ideas that any professional can implement in their own organisation.

Webinar objectives

After this webinar, participants will be able to:

  • Explain why starting with desired results in mind is critical for any initiative to be successful
  • List specific tactics for influencing on-the-job behavior
  • Create a plan to implement a program that enhances on-the-job behavior and bottom-line results
