The Certified Online Learning Facilitator (COLF) course was launched in December 2011 and has grown to become the Learning and Performance Institute’s (LPI) most successful certification. The course is designed to raise the standard of online learning delivery.
Live online learning has become increasingly popular in recent years with trainers coming under growing pressure to deliver more training with less budget.
Delivering learning online is the obvious and most popular solution but where many trainers have fallen short is in the belief that their traditional classroom based training skills will transfer online – they won’t.
Making online learning successful requires additional skill sets.
The COLF course equips delegates with these additional skills as well as the confidence to deliver successful online learning events.
The course is hosted completely online in a live environment and segmented into nine easy to follow sessions. This approach makes the course both flexible and cost effective. The course has already been adopted by household brands for rollouts worldwide.
